Our gift cards are sent by email to the purchaser and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards do not expire and do not have any additional fees.
Shipping
Our orders are shipped within 3 business days from Sydney with Australia Post.
Shipping is free for Australian and New Zealand orders.
Standard Shipping with Tracking takes 2 - 8 business days.
Express Shipping with Tracking costs $13.95 and takes 1 - 6 business days.
International orders will arrive within 15 - 25 business days, depending on location, and the shipping cost is AUD 18 (except New Zealand).
Exchanges & Returns
If something is not precisely the best fit, please contact us within 30 days of the order delivery date at hello@myanxietyring.com.au. We’ll happily assist with an exchange.
If any products should arrive faulty or damaged during shipping, please advise My Anxiety Ring within 7 days, and we send a replacement.
If you're unsure which products you should get, please feel free to contact us before placing an order. We'd be happy to make recommendations if we can and help you choose the right products :)
If you don't love your ring, all orders are eligible for return 30-days after receiving your order. Please contact us at hello@myanxietyring.com.au to begin the return process.
For returns to be accepted, the jewellery must be in the original condition (no signs of wear) and packaging.
Please note that change of mind refunds will incur a $15 fee. This is because the costs for packing and shipping your order were paid by us. ( so you can enjoy free shipping)
Refunds will not be offered for NDIS purchases.

Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.
Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
Can gift cards be reloaded?
Yes, gift cards can be reloaded during the return and exchange process when the original transaction was processed with Shopify Payments ( not PayPal, not ShopPay, not Google Pay)
If Shopify Payments wasn’t used, then the gift card can't be reloaded and a new gift card will need to be issued.
How do I check my balance?
You can check your balance on the gift card page. Alternatively, we can check the balance for you, just drop us a line at hello@myanxietyring.com.au.
